Retriever Gundog Training with David Latham West Wycombe Estate, Buckinghamshire – May 2026 I am honoured to welcome David Latham, one of the UK’s most respected retriever trainers, to West Wycombe Estate. David is a four‑time IGL Retriever Championship winner, former England Gundog Team Captain, and has produced multiple Field Trial Champions over his distinguished career. With more than 40 years at the very top of the sport, his knowledge and skill are unmatched. Training Details • Dates: Wednesday 13th & Thursday 14th May 2026 (You may attend both days, but each must be booked separately via my website) • Format: Exclusive full‑day sessions for just 6 handlers with retriever breeds • Schedule: Meet at 9.30am at Kitty’s Lodge, High St, West Wycombe, HP14 3AA Training runs 10am – 3.30pm, with a good break for lunch (dogs may be swapped at lunch if desired) • Structure: Generally, more experienced dogs work in the morning, with younger dogs after lunch • Cost: £200 per handler (includes training fee, ground hire, and dummy thrower). I've limited it to just 6 dogs so that everyone gets maximum support throughout the day - hence the price. Eligibility This group is for handlers already working or competing their retrievers in working tests and/or field trials.
